Victoria Ceres from teh manga/anime/ova Hellsing!
Definitely one of my favourite characters from Hellsing(the other being the studly Walter) I was drawing this, and I needed to figure out what to do for a background, and so I decided that I'd give her a trophy wall of seemingly unkillable horror movie baddies, or something that would mean that she killed them(like their head or hand or mask or somethin) Jigsaw/Saw, Chucky, Phantasm, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface, Candyman, Pinhead/Hellraiser, Freddy Krueger/Nightmare on Elms Street, and Victoria Ceres (c) their respective owners |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
